Acclaimed Brighton chef, Hannah Thomas of Bakestone, will be teaching how to layer your flavours followed by a beautiful sit-down communal Spring Feast.
Your Day:
Participants will be greeted by a sparkling welcome drink & a selection of small seasonally inspired Spring bites.
Hannah will spend time talking through how to craft a menu to reflect the seasons; planning and sourcing ingredients, how we pair flavours and how to select dishes that complement one another.
This will be followed by a generous Spring sharing lunch, through which Hannah will answer any questions about planning menus and feasts.
Finally, you will create a spring dish together that participants will be able to take home for dinner.
To finish the day, you will gather again to enjoy tea and coffee with a sweet Bakestone treat.
Participants will be sent away with a few select Spring recipe cards and some seasonal inspiration to craft a feast of their own.
This will be a spectacular day.
