Start your day with a group health coaching session to refocus on your priorities and uncover what brings you joy, followed by an afternoon of relaxing pottery. Learn the coil-building technique to craft your own ceramic pot and enjoy the option of a personal 1:1 coaching session.

Feasting at a Spring Table SOLD OUT
Acclaimed Brighton chef, Hannah Thomas of Bakestone, will be teaching how to layer your flavours followed by a beautiful sit-down communal Spring Feast.
Your Day:
Participants will be greeted by a sparkling welcome drink & a selection of small seasonally inspired Spring bites.
Hannah will spend time talking through how to craft a menu to reflect the seasons; planning and sourcing ingredients, how we pair flavours and how to select dishes that complement one another.
This will be followed by a generous Spring sharing lunch, through which Hannah will answer any questions about planning menus and feasts.
Finally, you will create a spring dish together that participants will be able to take home for dinner.
To finish the day, you will gather again to enjoy tea and coffee with a sweet Bakestone treat.
Participants will be sent away with a few select Spring recipe cards and some seasonal inspiration to craft a feast of their own.
This will be a spectacular day.

Design your Summer Garden SOLD OUT
Design your Summer Garden, with award winning Landscape Designer, Jade Goto.
Jade will be taking you through the design process through concept, to zoning, garden plans and thinking about planting. You will explore your own creativity and apply it to your outdoor space. The course is taught over 4 Wednesday evenings in March.

Ceramics Evening: Sgraffito 1 SPACE LEFT
In this 3-hour workshop you will learn the art of Sgraffito (Italian "to scratch") a decorative technique where a contrasting colour is applied over the top of a leather hard, unfired pot or plate and then etched into to reveal the colour of the clay beneath. You will be designing and making your own plate. An evening to get creative & also enjoy a glass of Italian wine.
The guest tutor is Bristol based ceramicist Becky Good.

Ceramics Evening: Coil Pot Making SOLD OUT
In this 3-hour workshop you will learn the technique of coil building. You will design and create a Spring flower vase. You will be able to create your design supported by our experienced teacher who will guide you & enjoy a glass of wine.
